Preview: Blackalicious are coming to Brighton

Presented by One Inch Badge and hosted at The Haunt, the incredible Hip-Hop duo, Blackalicious, are set to perform in Brighton this February.

Originally formed in 1992, Blackalicious consists of rapper Gift of Gab and DJ/producer Chief Xcel. Renowned for their socially conscious lyrics and head-bopping beats, the American duo have made several hits including Alphabet Aerobics, Deception and Make You Feel That Way. Combining a range of sounds in their music with influences from Jazz, Soul and more, the group offer a unique side to Hip-Hop.

Now, after releasing three genre defining albums (Nia, Blazing Arrow and The Craftand a 10-year gap, the talented two are back and will be releasing another album this March titled Emoni. Now that is something to blaze about!
