PREVIEW: Lord Huron @ Komedia, 24/01/18

The Verse’s Gemma Turner previews Lord Huron ahead of their show at Komedia on 24th January 2018. 

Crafted from the mind of Ben Schieider, and inspired by the Michigan landscapes, comes the stunning indie-folk sounds of Lord Huron.

With two albums under their belt, the band are heading to the UK to remind it of their splendour and immerse their fans in their melancholic harmonies and Americana-Rock style melodies.

With songs like The Night We Met and Lonesome Dreams Lord Huron will help you transcend to a world of campfires and mountains. Schieider and the band will be at Brighton Komedia on Wednesday 24th January 2018. The group’s debut album, Lonesome Dreams, was released in 2012.

 

 

Lord Huron are one to watch if you’re into the likes of Bears Den, Fleet Foxes, Gregory Allan Isokov, and Ben Howard.
