The Verse’s Bethan Louise Armstrong previews Anne Marie’s show at Concorde 2 on the 29th November.
One of the UK’s fast-growing singer-songwriters, Anne Marie, is currently touring the UK. Hitting Glasgow, Leeds, Newcastle, London and many more (but most importantly, Brighton on 29th November), the songstress extends her successful run of live performances over the summer for a headline show at Concorde 2, where she’s set to liven up the stage with chart-topping singles such as: Alarm, Do it Right, Not a Love Song, Used to Love You, and Boy.
Originating from Essex, Anne Marie has previously spent two years touring with Rudimental and has just finished her own USA tour. Her latest song Rockabye with Clean Bandit and Sean Paul reached number 1 in the charts; she has also had success with her own singles Alarm and Do it Right, as well as on Rudimental’s Rumour Mill.
Anne Marie played at several festivals over the summer, going from strength to strength at Bestival, Wild Life and V festivals. We can’t wait to see what’s next in store for the singer – including her Brighton show this month.
Anne Marie plays Concorde 2 on 29th November 2016. For tickets, go here.
