PREVIEW: The Vaccines @ The Brighton Dome, 25/01/2019

The Verse’s Autumn Micketti previews The Vaccines gig at the Brighton Dome on 25th January 2019.

With the release of their new album, Combat Sports, The Vaccines are currently on a world tour. Now a five-piece group, the band will be heading to the Brighton Dome at the end of January. Originally started by the lead singer Justin Hayward-Young in West London, The Vaccines have been playing since 2010. Their mixture of Indie rock and surf punk will rouse any sleepy audience to their feet.

These lads have been touring with the likes of The Rolling Stones, The Arctic Monkeys, Arcade Fire, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Muse amongst others. Their debut album, What Did You Expect from The Vaccines? Was the best-selling debut album of 2011 in the UK. The Vaccines now have four full albums and on EP to their name. Their single, All My Friends Are Fallin’ In Love, was released earlier this year.

The Combat Sports tour will be coming to the Brighton Dome on January 25th. The show will begin at 7pm.
